JP1020 is a professional inkjet coding and inspection equipment. It adopts a dual-paper structure for good and bad products, and can be equipped with both coding and printing systems and print inspection systems on the platform. Using an integral cast iron wall plate, it can adapt to high-speed inkjet coding and inspection; the modular design allows users more personalized choices. Suitable for large-batch, large-format, surface-easily-scratched products such as cigarette packs, medicine packs, food packaging, lottery tickets, and tickets for variable data coding and inspection.

Paper Feeding Unit

• Uses higher performance offset press feeder head, maximum paper feeding speed 12000 sheets/hour, stable high-speed production, long service life;

• The interval between sheets of paper can be adjusted according to user needs;

• Direct paper feeding without stopping the machine, realizing fast conversion of paper processing procedures, no manual paper alignment required, reducing labor intensity.

Positioning System

• Reinforced structure with positive and negative diagonal tensioning rulers, higher positioning accuracy, and equipped with auxiliary rulers to make paper running more stable and reliable;

• Equipped with ultrasonic double-sheet detection.

Suction Platform Unit

• Integral cast iron wall plate, 40mm thick, good stability, low vibration, stable high-speed operation;

• Integral suction cavity, regional suction control, flat paper adsorption.

• 3 meters of adsorption space, matching the installation of high-speed inkjet system and detection system.

• Drawer-type fan design, split wall plate design, easier maintenance.

LED UV Platform Unit (Optional)

• Special UV-resistant wide-width belt, vacuum adsorption;
